At PartyLite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance and decor experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your PartyLite account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile glass candles and decor are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the return portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
